Haven is intentionally designed as a small, patient-centered practice. As your provider, I personally oversee your care, allowing for greater continuity, meaningful relationship, and appointments that focus on your individual needs.

Hawaii is still my home, but I have lived in Bellingham for seven years and am grateful to be part of this wonderful community.

Outside of the clinic, I’m a busy mom to two teenage boys who keep me active and on the sidelines of soccer-fields year-round.

When I am not caring for patients, you can usually find me traveling, cooking in the kitchen, tending to my garden, or working on my golf game.

As a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I created Haven Women’s Health Clinic to provide the kind of healthcare experience I believe every woman deserves - one where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

After years of caring for patients in urgent care, I wanted to create a practice where I could spend more time listening, educating, and building lasting relationships.
